Once completed a copy should be sent to the relevant HOD and appointed site safety representative. It is the responsibility of the HOD to ensure that all their team members complete suitable training in regards to the tasks that their team members are expected to do. It is also the responsibility of the HOD to ensure that their relevant SOPs are reviewed and updated and remain valid to the task that it relates to.
