Where the thorough examination reveals items in a satisfactory condition, record a tick in the "Pass." column.
Where a defect is identified, record a cross in the "Fail." column and the details of the defect on the Thorough Examination Defect Summary Report.
Other defects affecting the safety of the equipment which are not listed on this form should also be recorded on the Thorough Examination Defect Summary Report -
