Audit

  • Arrival and departure times reported at boarding location? (Amtrak will supply schedule times)

  • Did the bus have a large, clearly legible, printed, or electronic directional head sign displaying the current end point destination for the trip?

  • Exterior of the bus clean and free of damage? (Example, side mirrors, baggage doors, tires/wheels)

  • Interior of the bus clean and free of damage? (Example, bus seats)

  • Bus aisles free of clutter, baggage, spilled liquids or stickiness of floors?

  • Trash bag or receptacle available?

  • Bus driver wearing a name tag or ID tag?

  • Bus driver was clean/presentable and wearing uniform?
