3. Hazard Notification - "Site entry notification must be submitted to the Telstra GOC. The GOC can be contacted via SMS on 0427 767 462. A type āCā hazard must be booked with the Telstra GOC for any 3G/CMUX/2G/1G extension work. The Telstra GOC can be contacted on 1300 652 235."
