The access and safety platform as described above has now been inspected in accordance with our customers' requirements, it is structurally sound and should only be used and loaded within the guidelines provided. It is the client's responsibility to ensure when a lapped panel or bridge end has been installed thus creating an unavoidable step that this is highlighted to all users before use as a working platform.

A copy of this form must be given to the site manager and any issues to be booked in by client and rectified before work commences on site. important notice in order to comply with Regulation 12 of the work at height regulations, this access platform must be inspected before first use, every seven days and after any event likely to have affected its strength or stability and after and substantial addition, dismantling or other alterations. in order to comply with regulation 12 (7), particulars og each inspection must be recorded in a report of inspection. Adjustments/ alterations should not be made to TRAD deck system by anyone other than trained personnel. For ongoing Maintenace and inspection see manufacturers and maintenance manual.
