This Training Needs Analysis (TNA) form has been prepared and should be used to assess the skills, knowledge, training, experience and understanding of legal requirements, company standards and best industry practices for asbestos removal operatives. BY WAY OF AN OBSERVATION ON SITE An observation should be carried out by a manager and for a min 1 hr period in order to evidence practical understanding of the main duties of the role, the following of procedures and the implementation of control measures.
