  • Dealing with Security related incidents. <br>All guards are proficient in using the incident reporting system. Ask a guard how many incidents have been reported instore. Review the incident reporting system th check all guards are reporting incidents.

  • Protecting our vulnerable areas. <br>Guards carry out regular patrols of the back areas, high risk aisles on the shopfloor. Guards communicate with the team and highlight any areas of concern. <br>Guards daily routines are completed and signed off by the security manager.

  • Are guards made to feel part of the team and is the periodic KPI review meaningful and constructive. <br><br>Do guards attend the stock loss meeting? Does everyone in the store know the guards name? Check the periodic KPI review to ensure it reflects the standards seen.
