  • Backdoor and warehouse <br>Back gate is locked at all times and only one delivery wagon in the yard. No access to other vehicles when G4S are in the yard. <br>No stock in the back yard

  • Authorised Entry Lists <br>Check each secure area has an authorised entry list displayed. Ensure the list is up to date and changed when there are leavers or new colleagues. Lists should be by name and not generic I.E “all managers” <br>Master list of all areas kept with security.

  • Key Control <br>Check the key control book to ensure all keys have been signed out and a daily key audit takes place. Keys are not handed over between shifts without being signed back in. <br>Key list upto date. <br>Do a random check to see if the person who signed the keys out had that key.

  • Waste Area <br>Are waste cages locked with key control in place? <br>Are full waste cages secured whilst awaiting return to depot?

  • Tobacco Lock Up<br>Tobacco is stored in a secure area and well organised. Dual control around tobacco at all times from backdoor to the kiosk. Tobacco delivery is put into a secure area immediately after delivery.

  • BWS and high value lockup’s. <br>(Entertainment, electrical, click and collect, H&B,beauty world)<br><br>All high value stock is inside the lock up. No high value outside the lock up. <br>Should be locked with a padlock and key and not combination lock. <br>Is small high value stock like razor blades protected with locked 4 siders inside the main lock up as extra security measure?
