Are all supply registers mounted throughout home?

Are all return grilles mounted?

Do all returns have filters?

Are all thermostats mounted and wired up?

(If a zone system)Are all zone dampers wired to zone board?

Are all units sealed properly?

Are all refrigerant lines sweated in at attic?

Is all low voltage wiring tied in to furnaces/air handlers/zone boards?

Is a float switch installed in each pan?

Is flue pipe mounted/hung securely and has a clearance of 1"?

Are all condensation drains glued/supported properly throughout?

Is the gas gauge still holding 30psi?

Are all outdoor units set/sweated in?

Are all outdoor units level?

Are all outdoor units 3" above grade?

Are all outdoor units wire to disconnect?

Are all sidewall/soffit caps mounted and secured?

Is beauty ring installed on dante valve?(if applicaple)

Has a start up been completed?

Is house ready for start up? (Elaborate in notes if not ready)

Is house ready for final inspection?
