Transmission fluid. Check in neutral at idle.

Mirrors undamaged and positioned appropriately for operator
Pump in gear. Perform the following checks with the engine running and the pump in gear.

Operate electric MIVs

Test electronic throttle governor system

Booster tank full

Shift from pump back to road position
Drive outside and park in clear area. Perform the following checks with the engine running and the aerial PTO engaged.

Aerial PTO engaged with transmission in 'NEUTRAL'

Front axle brake engaged and wheels chocked

Jacks and outriggers set

Unbed aerial and check all aerial functions from turntable

Monitor nozzles function from turntable

Bed aerial platform

Aerial PTO disengaged

Outriggers, jacks and chocks stowed

Test siren

Test air horn

Vehicle returned to bay, engine turned off, chocks stored and Plymovent turned to 'AUTO'.

Generator engaged and run for 5 minutes

Hurst tool pump operable and all hydraulic tools operable.

Chainsaw run for 5 minutes. Re-fueled after cool down.

Rotary saw run for 5 minutes. Re-fueled after cool down.

Exercise all manual pump valves and drains
-
Lubricate all doors and hinges using silicone spray lubricant
-
Clean up vehicle interior and wash vehicle exterior
