Are the windows fully intact with no signs of cracks or breakage?

Are walls suitably finished and intact?

Is lighting adequate for work tasks?

Floors - Are they in a good state of repair? No damage or trip hazards?

Are there any known or visual signs of roof leaks?

Are hand wash facilities operational?

Is there hot water available?

Are there any signs of leaks from the water pipes or drainage?

Dispensers (soap, sanitiser, barrier cream) - Are they fully intact?

Are shoe racks sturdy with no broken pieces?

Are notice boards fitted securely?

Is the fire extinguisher mounted properly? Does it have a current inspection tag?

Are mezzanine floors intact with no raised bolts or loose panels?

Is the ventilation and extraction adequate enough to prevent condensation or excessive dust?

Where applicable, is racking intact?

Do automatic doors open with ease and close automatically?

Are doors fully sealed to prevent pest ingress? No visible gaps at the sides or underneath?

Are there any other building and fabrication issues in addition to those detailed above?

are all pest control units intact and fixed to thier location points?

Air conditioning Unit - intact with no signs of leakage.
