1. Works Planning

  • 1.0 What is the methodology that dictates the work which is chosen to be completed after review of yearly total and monthly forecasted units?

  • 1.1 How is work planned & programmed in regards to risks and network impacts?

6. Works Closeout

  • 6.0 Evidence that work completed and post work audit results are analysed, trends identified, and follow up actions completed?

  • 6.1 What process is followed for system updates due to job closeout to ensure accurate changes in GIS, SAP, drawings, protection settings etc.

  • 6.2 How are costs managed and units validated in terms of claims?

  • 6.3 Evidence that risk assessments are reviewed by management & re-assess as required?
