Progressive achievement of 50% of an applicable trade certificate IV is needed before an employee can progress from level 5 to 6 2. Full completion and certification of a level IV trades certificate must be obtained before employees can progress from level 6 to 7 3. Additional competency indicators also exist to determine progression that must be assessed by the DTL and or Area Manager in the absence of the DTL Appointment to Level 7 is controlled by position availability and need within each network area (North, South and West).
