  • Is the store clean & tidy with best practice VM standards in place ? (Stuffing, excessive duplication, baskets on the floor, etc )

  • Is cash desk free of glass bowls and extra pick n' mix ?

  • Is the store fully replenished in all areas ?

Mannequins

  • Are all mannequins appropriately dressed to Planogram and styled accordingly ?

  • Are all the bases clean and dust free?

  • Are the correct size garments and footwear being used on all adult and childrens mannequins ?

  • Are mannequins positioned in the right locations around the store ?

Visual Merchandising

  • Is the shop floor displaying the correct volumes of stock? Are levels consistent where possible ?

  • Has the store been in contact with their Merch Buddy with any stock issues ?
