WASTE TRANSFER NOTE

This form is to be used when transporting:
1. Small quantities of waste materials to a temporary holding point/place/skip, where it is accumulated into a sufficient quantity to warrant collection by a registered waste handling company. The paper audit trail will be completed when the complete load is transferred to a waste transfer station and a waste transfer note is received.
2. Transporting waste to an approved and licensed landfill/transfer site. -
