  • Warranty and instruction manuals for hot water tank and garbage disposal are in kitchen drawer to left of range.

  • Hot water tanks is working.

  • Hot water tank is on metal hot water tank stand and secured per manufacturers instructions.

  • Name and phone number tag, including emergency phone number, is affixed to hot water tank and cabinet door.

  • House is clean, broom swept, and free of debris.

  • Job site is clear of debris, boxes, etc..
