FRUIT PROCESSING AREA

  • Is fruit being processed identifiable

  • All paperwork completed at time of audit and within spec

  • Cleaning equipment clean and stored correctly

  • Hoses wound up and not leaking

  • All chemicals labelled and identifiable and stored correctly

  • During cleaning: nozzles are off the floor

  • No Clean equipment on the floor all hung up

  • All sieves in drains and sieves clean

  • No loose items on machinery or electrical cabinets

  • No pooled water if cleaning is complete

  • Are squeegees used to minimise waste water and pulp spilled on the floors during production

BOTTLING AREA

  • Bottling area clean and tidy(including tank room and batching room)

  • Area clean with cardboard or bottles in appropriate areas

  • All bottling paperwork compete at time of audit

  • No temporary fixtures: ie;sticky tape rubber bands

  • Batching room clean and tidy

STAFF GMP

  • Hair nets, beard nets worn correctly.

  • Correct footwear worn(steel caps and gum boots)

  • No jewellery worn

  • Protective clothing neat and tidy

  • Staff fingernails short and clean

GENERAL / MAINTENANCE

  • Cleaning checklists completed

  • Cold room clean and tidy with all product identifiable.

  • All light covers intact

  • No viable signs of corrosion or flaking paint

  • EPS wall panelling in good condition

  • Maintenance area around workshop clean and tidy with no loose tools or liquids.
