PPE and ID - Visual check

Is the PPE being worn adequate and suitable for the purpose?

Does scaffolding appear in good order, complete and tidy?

Are scaffolding tags present and in date?

Is the programme on schedule?

Is site tidy and there is a good sense of housing keeping?
