  • Now that you have arrived at the "sellers" property please specify what type of collection it is.

Before Dismantle

  • Upon arrival of the SKR Dismantle team a inspection must take place, please "carefully" check any damages that you may find and compare them against the UKE listing.

    If any damages are found that are "Not on the listing" please photograph them and give a brief description of the damage (try to include size if possible)

  • Have all of the Utilities been disconnected from the kitchen. Gas/Water/Electrics?

  • Can the utilities be removed from the kitchen with the current dismantle team?

  • Hob is in the condition as per the listing and photographed upon safe removal

Additional works

  • Any additional works due to utilities not being previously removed must be agreed with the "seller" before any work commences and signed for below. (Please inform the office of any additional works so any costs can be accounted for)

  • Photograph any utilities that are being removed.

  • Any additional information

  • Agreed sum: charged at £20.00 per hour per man (For example - 2 men x 1 additional hour = £40.00)

  • I the "seller" agree to the above additional works and understand that the costs will be accounted for on the sale value of the kitchen.

  • If you cannot remove the Utilities attached to the kitchen you will have to come back when they are removed!

    Please fill in the "Failed Delivery / Collection" form and take photos of the utilities.
