12.0 - Work practices - General Safe Manner.

  • 12.1 - Were employees observed working in a safe manner?

  • 12.2 - Are desk and file draws closed when not in use?

  • 12.3 - Are spills promptly cleaned up (as needed)

  • 12.4 - Ergonomics - is anyone concerned about workstation set up.
