  • 3.6 Are Waste collection points appropriately marked and color coded for different type of waste ?

4.0 WASTE HOT SPOTS

  • 4.1 Are the external drainage channels or surrounding areas free from waste materials and debris?

  • 4.2 Are any trolleys or stillages used to transport items clear from debris?

  • 4.3 Is all Hazardous Waste disposed of correctly?

5.0 PPE & EQUIPMENT

  • 5.1 Are PPE requirement of the process or facility identified and appropriate signs posted?

  • 5.2 Are Employees wearing the correct PPEs as identified?

  • 5.3 Are the specified PPEs meeting the requirement?

  • 5.4 Is all cleaning equipment used in correct working order and maintained?
