Are controls in place for the dust/noise/weather present on site?

Is an acceptable standard of housekeeping (including waste removal) being maintained?

Are the staff amenities buildings sufficient and clean for site personnel?

Have reported hazards or safety observations been reported to WHS Coordinator by the Site Supervisor?

Are substances correctly stored and bunded?

Are spill kits available on site?

Is there adequate ventilation for substances used?

Are first aid kits available on site and fully stocked?

Is the First Aid room accessible and clean?

Is edge protection in place?

Does electrical equipment display current electrical tags?

Is the condition of equipment acceptable?

Are electrical leads protected from damage and kept out of water?

Are leads elevated out of access ways?

Are materials stored/stacked appropriately and is access to them acceptable?

Are mechanical lifting aids used where possible?

Do site personnel have adequate supplies of cool water?
