Operating Procedures

  • Repackaging log filled out and up to date

  • Bulk receipts log filled out and up to date

  • Rack meter sheets filled out and up to date

  • Tank change of service log up to date

  • Lubricant/antifreeze bulk offloading check off sheet correctly used and filled out

  • Rail car inbound/outbound inspection checklist completed

Sample Requirements

  • Samples labeled correctly and stored correctly by month and type (inbound, outbound, repackage)

  • Sample requirements posted at repackaging site

  • Using correct sample cups - minimum 4oz clear bottles

  • Viscosity of inbound truck/rail cars are checked by vis-gauge (manual or electronic)

Warehouse Inspection

  • Warehouse clean and organized

  • Pallets of products are dated with date of receipt and rotated correctly

  • Forklift inspections completed daily and records are kept electronically on the lubes drive

  • Camera checklist filled out daily and kept in electronic file on lubes drive

  • Fire extinguishers checked monthly

Outside Plant Inspection

  • Outside yard clean and organized

  • All products located in WMS bin locations

  • All bulk tanks labeled correctly

  • Loading rack clean

  • No containers of flush oil sitting around

  • No containers without labels

  • All WMS bin locations are clearly labeled

  • All bulk totes labeled correctly and labels are in good shape
