  • Shatter proof Lighting Intact, functional and bright?

  • First-In First-Out (FIFO) and other storage & Warehouse practices including shipping/receiving are in compliance? (inspect Shipping/Receiving Records and Truck Inspection Records)

  • Area is clean of trash and debris & all trash receptacles are closed with lid on?

  • Walls, floors & ceiling Paint & Repair

QA Bathrooms

  • All sinks are working with Hot Water?

  • Are all toilet seats functional and in good condition ? (i.e. flushing, seat covers not broken, etc.)

  • Soap & Paper towel dispensers in good condition and not empty?

  • No Trash on the floor?

  • Pest Control

  • Area is clean of trash and debris & all trash receptacles are closed with lid on?

  • Any Leaks or standing water?

Food Defense

  • Is restricted access in place ?

  • No suspicious activity observed that could jeopardize food safety

Personnel & Safety

  • Are all personnel properly wearing their PPE?

  • Are all operators following the correct instructions and following all safety procedures?

  • Are personal items being stored on the line?

  • Employees are wearing company approved facemasks and no soiled facemask observed ?
