CLEANING - INWARDS

  • (Daily) Check if floor is visibly clean – no packaging materials, pallet wraps, broken wooden pallets

  • (Daily) Check for any opened bags/containers

  • (Daily) Tidy up the area – put any packaging & dry ingredients in designated locations

  • (Daily) Check all the waste bins and empty ALL at the END of the day

  • (Daily) Segregate all dirty plastic pallets returned by the Production team. Only return clean pallets on the YELLOW ZONE.

  • (Daily) Check if any plastic pallets are outside the YELLOW ZONE. Those are only allowed in the YELLOW ZONE unless it needs cleaning.

  • (2 X Weekly) Sweep the floors

  • (Weekly) Scrub the floors using the cleaning machine: End of the week

  • (Weekly) Any partly used pallets are re-wrapped

  • (Weekly) Destroy any goods (with DESTROY LABEL) in quarantine area: End of the Week

  • (Weekly) Dust & clean all shelves, pallets, ingredient containers and packing material containers

CLEANING - CHILLER

  • (Daily) Check if floor is visibly clean – no packaging materials, pallet wraps, broken wooden pallets

  • (Daily) Check for any opened bags/containers

  • (Daily) Tidy up the area – put any packaging & dry ingredients in designated locations

  • (Daily) Check for condensations below the roller door. Squeegee if required

  • (Weekly) Clean the floors using the cleaning machine

  • (Weekly) Check expiry dates of all ingredients in the chiller – if any are expired, place it in Quarantine area & inform QA.

  • (Weekly) Destroy any goods (with DESTROY LABEL) in quarantine area

  • (Weekly) Dust & clean all shelves, pallets, ingredient containers and packing material containers

  • Any other comments?

CLEANING - YARD

  • (Daily) Check if the waste bin is getting full. Talk to Production Manager if it needs to be emptied earlier than the scheduled date.

  • (2 x Weekly) Sweep all the dust away from the warehouse

  • (Weekly) Waterblast the yard

  • Any other comments?

  • Have Waste bins been cleaned and emptied?

  • Have Cleaning tools and chemicals been properly stored in their designated areas?

  • Are Inward Goods and Warehouse roller doors closed?

  • Have all the forms been completed?
