Cleaning Checklist

  • (Daily) Remove all the bottles from the line – unused bottles to be covered. Used bottles to be discarded.

  • (Daily) Clean all machinery with TAKEOFF & PURESAN.

  • (Daily) Rinse the floor and machinery with water. Squeegee the water to remove any stagnant water. Air dry the machines.

  • (Daily) Empty ALL the grey waste bins at the END of the day.

  • (Daily) Check if the floor is clean before leaving - Nothing should be on the floor except grey bins, black chemical bins & plastic pallets

  • (Daily) Check all drains and remove any foreign matters in the drain sieves on the floor - once cleared, ALWAYS put the drains back

  • (Daily) Dry clean the control panels using the isowipes

  • (Daily) Check the stock level of the chemicals. Ask QA/PM for orders

  • (Weekly) Foam (+Scrub) + Sanitise the entire room including equipment, floors, walls, windows, stairs, handrails, handles and doors using Takeoff & Puresan: End of the Week

  • (Weekly) After rinsing, squeegee all the water (on floor & window) to speed up the drying process: End of the Week

  • (Weekly) Clean the foot baths and floor & sinks in the changing area.

  • Write down who has completed the cleaning for the day.

  • Any other comments?

  • Have Waste bins on the floor been cleaned and emptied?

  • Has all the equipment been turned off and cleaned up to appropriate standards?

  • Have all tools & chemicals been properly stored in their designated areas?

  • Hoses off? Nozzles off the floor?

  • Are all areas clean and tidy including the floor and trolleys? No stagnant water?

  • Free from any insects (e.g., fruit flies, midges, mosquitos, flies)?

  • If there are any, spray the insecticides and rinse off with water. Make sure there are no ingredients & products. If you need to spray those areas, you need to take those out and bring them back once rinsed.

  • Used PPEs placed in laundry bin?

  • Have all the forms been completed?
