  • Are waste bins clean and accessible?

  • Record the Chiller Temperature (Target: <5°C). If it's >5°C, check if the chiller door was opened for another reason and see if the temperature gets dropped over time.

  • Are soap, sanitizer and paper towel dispensers topped up?

  • Are Insect lights working? <br>4 (inwards) / 4 (warehouse) / 1 (staging room)<br>No signs of pest activity?

  • No product/packaging material directly on the floor?

  • Is all packaging and labelling available for the day?

  • Free from broken or damaged glass or hard brittle plastics?

Scale Calibration

  • Inwards: S6 Wedderburn SN:207 14586. Confirm if the weight is between 9.99 and 10.01. (Use 10KG test weight, tolerance +/- 10g).

  • Check the scale number and use the correct test weight for the calibration.

  • Procedure: 1) Turn scale on. 2) Put test weight on the scale. 3) Let measurement stabilise. 4) Measurement should within the range.

  • If the weight is out of the acceptable range, please escalate to QA.

  • Is the weight within the acceptable range?
