  • Is all packaging and labelling available for the day?

  • Free from broken or damaged glass or hard brittle plastics?

Scale Calibration

  • Check the scale number and use the correct test weight for the calibration.

  • Procedure: 1) Turn scale on. 2) Put test weight on the scale. 3)Let measurement stabilise. 4) Measurement should be within the range.

  • If the weight is out of the acceptable range, please escalate to QA.

  • PACKING AREA: S10 - WEDDERBURN 20KG, SN 210612114S0616. Confirm if the weight is between 1.998 and 2.002. (Use 2KG test weight, TOLERANCE +-2g)
