  • Is there a 1080p (black) & 4k (white) HDMI cable available for each product location?

  • Please provide photos showing examples of the wiring on plinths.

  • Are the 4k (white) cables only being used in 4k products?

  • Have all manufacturer USB drives (demo content) been removed from TV's connected to the demo system?

  • If 'no' remove them & pass to Manager or unplug the HDMI cable.

  • Is the content playing in the TV department the latest promo messaging?

  • If 'no' list which areas of the areas are playing old content on the store layout using 'Incorrect content' . Attach picture of store layout here

  • Are all TV's playing the content in sync?

  • If 'no' list which areas of the areas are out of sync on the store layout using 'Out of Sync'. . Attach picture of store layout here

  • Are the 4k (white) HDMI cables in the TV area all in good condition (not broken)?

  • If 'no', how many are broken?

  • List number of broken cables in each location on store layout using 'xx broken white cables'. Attach picture of store layout here

  • Are the 1080p (black) cables in the TV area all in good condition (not broken)?

  • If 'no', how many are broken?

  • Is the 4k>1080p downscaler plugged into the first white splitter box per plinth / wall feed?

  • If 'no' list which areas are missing the downscaler on the store layout using 'Downscaler missing'. Attach picture of store layout here

  • Are the 1080p (black) splitter boxes in the TV area working?

  • If 'no' how many are broken?

  • List number of broken splitters in each location on store layout using 'xx broken black splitters'. Attach picture of layout here

  • Are the media players plugged into the data network with flashing lights on the rear to show connection?

  • If 'no' indicate which players aren't connected on a copy of the store layout by recording "media not connected" on the relevant plinth / wall bay. Attach picture of layout here

  • Are the IR 'eyes' visible for each media player within the vision area?

  • Is there an IR 'eye' connected to each media player within the vision area?

  • If 'no' how many are missing?

  • List location of each missing 'eye' on store layout using 'IR eye missing' attach picture of layout here

  • Note the last 4 digits of the MAC address of each media player on a copy of the store layout. (inc. Knowhow and customer services)

  • Does the store have at least 1 working remote control for the system?

  • Is any equipment removed from the displays still on site?

  • Provide detail of where kit is and how it is stored (eg. 5 totes of cables upstairs in warehouse)

  • Are there any missing plinth cable access covers, end 'bungs', damaged plinths or any other fixture related item that could be addressed?

  • Are there any further comments or notes regarding the 4k system for this store?
