After inspection of individual work areas, non-conformances should be discussed with the Project/Area Superintendent or Supervisor and determine responsibility and completion date for rectifying the non-conformance. Corrective actions stemming from non-conformances should be entered into INX and assigned to a person responsible with a suitable completion date.
