    The inspection should be conducted by a Site Environmental Representative.

    Select Compliant, Non-Compliant or Not Applicable in the space provided next to each checklist item. Where Non-Compliant is recorded, provide a description of the non-conformance and its location.

    After inspection of individual work areas, non-conformances should be discussed with the Project/Area Superintendent or Supervisor and determine responsibility and completion date for rectifying the non-conformance. Corrective actions stemming from non-conformances should be entered into INX and assigned to a person responsible with a suitable completion date.

    This audit document should be scanned and saved on the Roy Hill network in File 11.18. The hard copy document should be saved in File 11.18 with corresponding INX number.

Office Area/Crib Room
