- Pull immersion suit out and lay flat - visual inspection of condition - any damage? Is it dry? Has it been stored correctly?

- Check zipper is working correctly. Apply zip wax to difficult zips and open/close a few times

- Check condition of gloves, mitts and boots

- Fold correctly and store with the zip fully open

Life jacket instructions: (total number: 39 + 7 childrens foam life jackets)

- Open up life jacket and check:

- 2 x inflation cannisters are attached, not corroded and each showing 2 x green tabs
-
- Whistle and line attached

- Light operating and in date expiry
-
- Repack life jacket with 2 x inflation tabs on outside of jacket, easy to reach
