CONFINED SPACE

ELECTRICAL

LIFTING AND RIGGING

  • Crane Safe green sticker (Current 12 month)

  • Lift study completed for lifts (Where required)

  • Plant has SWL/WLL clearly marked

  • Lifting gear register current (3 monthly inspection completed)

  • Rigging gear in good condition, SWL marked

  • Rigger/dogman used to control the lifting loads

  • Lift areas delineated and clear of persons

WELDING AND HOT WORKS

  • Hot Work permit in place and controls implemented

  • Flash back arresters, flash protection & weld curtains

  • Earthing in place, leads tagged and in good condition

  • Oxy bottles secured and stored separately
