Are the store windows clean and well lit with legal notices in place? Have VM checked that all lines are current and in stock?

Are the store fitting rooms tidy, free from hangers and stock and inspirational to our customers?

Are the toilets and baby change facilities clean with handwash, toilet rolls and hand towels present? Have the bins been emptied and no odour detected?

Is the food hall entrance inspiring with strong horti and event table displays that are full and legally ticketed? Are there baskets available in all key areas? Are trolleys available and free from litter?

Are the food tills clean, free from clutter and replenished with bags?

Is ambient full, pulled forward and ticketed correctly?

Is the bakery clean, tidy and inspirational with allergen tickets in place?

Are the clothing and home till points clean, free from clutter and inspirational?

Is clothing and home clean, tidy and free from blue totes and rails?

Is the coffee shop clean and tidy with tables and chairs presented neatly. Is the a frame decide correct for the time of day? (I.e breakfast option on display pre 12 and changed to lunch option at midday)

Are all for exits clear of stock, decor and items that shouldn’t be present?

Are all staff locker rooms, toilets and offices clean and tidy

Is the lounge area clean and tidy with fruit, bread, milk, butter and tea making facilities available. Are there napkins and other consumables available for staff to use?

Are all lift areas free from stock and clutter and safe to use?
