Area Manager Checklist

FOH

  • Store Cash Audit

  • Full walk of restaurant inside and out

  • Merchandise and Front counter set as per standards

  • Tea Tasting

  • Signage Clean & in working condition

  • Check air conditioning for temperature

  • Easel board in good condition. Current Promotion on Display

  • Tv Slides Are as per our standards

  • All Tables & Chair are in good condition. (Café in / Café Out)

  • All Inside Tables Equipped with Tabletop Tents with Current Promotion

  • All License are Contracts up to date (Trade license, Pest control, Grease Trap, AMC)

  • Ensure that the POS system is on and working properly

  • All Cameras are in working condition

BOH

  • All Store Checklist are maintained

  • Check floor/Ceiling/Walls are cleaned and in Good Condition

  • Store is free of Pest and Debris

  • All menu & bill folder Available and clean

  • Ensure all Menu Items are available and stocked

  • Check all lights and electrical points operational

  • MRD’s being followed in Kitchen

  • All Wastages are recorded in system including Tea

STAFF

  • All Employees are well groomed and wearing Clean Uniforms

  • All are having Minimum 2 sets of Uniform & Aprons

  • Customers are being Greeted with Smiles; Service is as per SOP. New Staff aware of Service Sequence & Upselling

  • Manager & Staff are aware of all Company SOP’s

  • Food is being made as per recipe and standards. Staff is aware of all recipe

  • Drinks being prepared as per recipe. Staff aware of all recipes

  • Briefing with Manager/Supervisor on Sales

  • One on one with New Staff induction and follow up

  • All Staff Are aware of the Current Marketing Promotions

  • Staff Have been Allocated Section wise with Primary and secondary responsibility. Only One cashier assigned
