  • Is the faucet for Pot Washing working properly? (no leakage, no temporary tape and giving enough water pressure)

  • Is there no leakage on the bottom of the Pot Washing?

  • Are all the handwashing units working properly? (no leakage and no visible damaged)

Building Maintenance

  • There are no crack tiles or unnecessary holes in the walls or floor?

  • There are no holes in the ceiling or any uncovered part?

  • Are all the light fixtures working properly?

  • No other areas in the kitchen that are damaged?

Health and Safety

  • Fire extinguishers are not expired?

  • Fire blankets are available in the areas?

  • All emergency lights are operational?

  • All emergency lights are working?

  • First Aid kit is available and no missing items?
