Bar Coffee Machine Cleaning Checklist - For Closing - Ground Floor

Replace the normal filter with Blind filter (Without Holes).

Place 3grams or less coffee machine cleaning chemical into blind filter.

With portafilter attached to the group, backflush machine by running the group 5 times in 15 seconds start/stop intervals.

Remove portafilter, discard leftover and run the group.

Use a coffeetool (Hard Brush Bented) to get rid of coffee oils and loose grinds.

Rinse the groups throughly.

Repeat for the next group.

Remove the blind filter from the portafilter and de-assemble all the filters from the portafilter and soak in the chemical over night.

Clean the milk frother and disinfect.

Rinse the drip tray, wipe down the mesh and dry the drip tray.

Wipe down the exterior of coffee machine.
