AM BAR SIDE-WORK

  • OPENING/DAY SHIFT

  • Checklist to be completed prior to opening
  • 2 thermal paper per terminal

  • 2 kitchen towels at bar station

  • 1 bottle multi-surface cleaner

  • 1 bottle windex

  • 1 bus bucket per station

  • Back up pens, staples, ect

  • BOD flyers posted

  • Ask manager for drawer, count to $300 with bank sheet

  • Turn on dishwasher / check chemicals

  • Sweep and Mop bar floor

  • Take down bar stools and line up neatly

  • Wipe down bar, back bar and all stainless

  • Check temps on all coolers

  • Refill napkin dispensers

  • Wipe down lazy Susan's

  • Set bar with lazy Susans

  • Wipe all condiment bottles and make sure tips are clean

  • Assemble soda fountain

  • Check canned beer and wine stock, let MOD know if low

  • Check keg beer stock and alert MOD if low

  • Stock plastic silverware

  • Turn on TV's, pick appropriate channels - sports, movies, cartoons, ect

  • Turn on music, choose background station on jukebox NOT iTunes

  • Music is at appropriate level

  • Lights on and adjusted to appropriate level

  • Stock plastic cups, paper cups and lids

  • Stock straws

  • Fill ice bin, ice scoop available and stored correctly

  • Re-stock beer cans from walk in

  • Wipe down cooler tops and back bar

  • WEDNESDAY PM - clean middle beer fridge

  • THURSDAY AM - clean right beer fridge

  • THURSDAY PM - organize walk in

  • FRIDAY AM - clean and organize iced tea area and record player area

  • FRIDAY PM - wipe down all bar stools

  • SATURDAY AM - clean under bar and sweep under fridges

  • SATURDAY PM - empty and clean rack holder. *at close unplug glass chiller

  • SUNDAY AM - empty and clean glass chiller

  • SUNDAY PM - clean and organize keg area
