Are ALL fire extinguishers being inspected monthly?

Is access to extinguishers unobstructed?

Are ALL fire extinguishers fully charged?

Are there any obstructions in front of electric circuit panel?

Is there 36" minimum clearance around electrical panel?

Is there sufficient water for employees? (Min. 2 Gal/8 hrs.)

Is there ice available for employees to cool the water?

Are there plenty of single use, disposable drinking cups ?

Are all protective guards in place on machines?

Does the grinder have protective guard?

Is the grinder work rest set at 1/8"?

Is welder ground cable/cord in good repair?

Are welding screens and shields used?

In good repair?

Is eye wash station available?

Is eye wash station being inspected each month?

Are employees using proper PPE?

Are ladders in good condition?

Are electric cords in good condition? (Not taped or frayed)

Are compressed gas bottles stored 20' min. from each other?

Are compressed gas bottles properly secured upright?

Do stored, compressed gas bottles have metal cap on?

Does air compressor have permit posted?

Is there warning sign posted next to air compressor?

Is air compressor being purged weekly?
