ALL ACTIVITY AREAS

  • Check the bookings diary for all change overs and ensure all are completed on time.

  • Leave any messages in the management diary.

  • Ensure adequate lighting is available within the car park areas. Note any defects.

  • Empty the vending machines and cash up reception til with the receptionist.

  • Ensure that the shutters on the external windows are lowered.

  • Log off and turn off reception till system. Return all cash to the safe and lock. Put alarm on safe.

  • Ensure that the centre attendant and pool lifeguard checks have been completed.

  • Ensure that the gym supervisors checks and the receptionists check sheets have been completed.

  • Check that the cleaners check sheets have been completed for the day.

  • Check monthly pool attendant and centre attendant checks are being completed.

  • Ensure that all keys have been returned by the pool attendant and or centre attendant.

  • Ensure that all pc's in the offices are turned off.

  • Ensure that the sauna facility is switched off.

  • Lock the office door.

  • Turn off the radio system.

  • Switch all lights off around the facility (including outdoor pitches (MUGA)).

  • Ensure that you are signed out on the staff register for the day.

  • Set intruder alarm, lock front doors and lower shutter on front of building.

FIRE CHECKS

  • Ensure that all fire exits are locked within the building.

POOL PLANT CHECKS

  • Complete a pool water test and log results (17.00)

  • Complete a pool water test and log results (21.00)
