Have the hangers been installed at the correct centres(i.e. 1200mm centres to suit the EMAC primary support channel and a maximum of 1200mm centres along the channel length). Note: Hangers must be installed in accordance with the SAS grid layout drawing.

Have the EMAC primary channels been installed at the correct centres and in accordance with the SAS grid layout drawings? Are noggins fixed to primary channels with the correct SAS wall fixings angel bracket, using 2 no. 13mm tek screws to each side?

3.0 Second Fix Ceilings - C Profiles and Noggins

Have the C profiles been suspended from the EMAC channels, using the correct hook-over or twist suspension brackets? Suspension bracket layout must follow SAS grid layout drawing.

Have all C profiles been fixed together, and to end, using 2 no. M8 x 16mm nuts & bolts, in pre-drilling holes?

Have 250mm & 150mm C profiles been fixed to 200mm C profiles, in their correct locations, using 2 no. M8 x 16mm nuts & bolts, in pre-drilling holes, follow SAS C profile layout?

Have side cheek angle sections been cut squarely and fixed to sides of C profiles using 13mm tek screws, at the correct centres?

Have gaskets been fixed to side cheek angle sections, at the correct height shown on SAS detail drawing?

Have perimeter C profiles been fixed with a 15mm gap to the façade?

Has the setting out for the C profiles been checked and confirmed against the SAS grid layout drawing?

4.0 Close Up - Panel Insulation
