  Select 3-point connection used for portable GSE unit (A/C, GPU, and Air Starter) Baggage cart/Can curtains were not secured Bin webbing (hanging outside of A/C, not secured in all bins prior to DEP) Business partners Damaged transporter/Cart being used (Locks, hitch, curtains, and tires) D.C.
