INITIAL INSPECTION - If you answer no to any of initital inspection questions you must take a PHOTO

  • Is the floor clear of excessive mess on the floor

  • Is the carport free of paving bricks in driveway

  • Are the window frames free of excessive plaster and paint. This includes tracks

  • Are the window frames and glass free of scratches and damage

  • Are there any other traddies on site

HOUSE PREP

  • Remove all tape and stickers from windows and inside and out

  • Remove barcode stickers from toilets and sticker inside sinks and on shower screens

  • Remove plastic from bath and kitchen bench tops

  • Scrape floors of all plaster/silicon and concrete

  • Sweep floors and carport

  • PHOTO - Carport

  • Vacuum all corners and edges of rooms including tile skirts and behind toilets

  • Vacuum out pre silicon gaps in vainities and around baths

  • Vacuum all cupboards/cupboard hinges and in corners of cupbaords

WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS

  • Vacuum all tracks thouroughly and remove all debris

  • Clean all frames from all plaster

  • Scrap glass and clean window with squidgee

  • Wipe all frames dry including tracks

LAUNDRY

  • Remove plastic from laundry sink

  • Wipe down all cupboards inside and out/sink and all tap fittings

  • Steel Kleen sink

  • Scrub floor tiles with and skirting tiles with soapy water and dry

  • Mop floors

  • PHOTO - Laundry Sink

KITCHEN

  • Wipe out all cupboards/drawersand inside and out and wipe down benches removing all glue

  • Wipe down splash back and any tiles

  • Wipe down rangehood and ensure you get right to back. Steel kleen if needed

  • Wash sink and all taps

  • Steel Kleen sink

  • PHOTO - Kitchen sink

BEDROOMS

  • Wipe down all doors/wardrobe shelves including mirrored doors

  • Wipe rails in wardrobes

  • Vacuum carpet

TOILET

  • Clean toilet bowl inside and out including cistern and behind toilet. Ensure all glue residue is removed

  • Wipe down doors

  • Scrub floor tiles and tile skirts with soapy water the dry

  • Mop floor tiles

ENSUITE

  • Clean toilet bowl inside and out including cistern and behind bowl

  • Wipe all cupboards inside and out including hinges of doors

  • Wipe down all bench tops

  • Wipe down all shower tiles and shower fittings

  • Windex all shower screens and mirrors

  • Wipe out sink and ensure all glue removed from stickers

  • Wipe down all doors

  • Scrub floor tiles and skirting tiles with soapy water and wipe dry

  • Mop floor tiles

  • PHOTO - Full ensuite

BATHROOMS

  • Wipe down all cupboards inside and out including door hinges

  • Wipe down all shower tiles and tap fittings

  • Windex all shower screens and mirrors

  • Wipe down all bench tops

  • Wash out bath and fittings/rinse and wipe dry

  • Wipe all tiles around bath

  • Wipe down all doors

  • Scrub floor tiles and skirting tiles with soapy water and wipe dry

  • Mop floor

  • PHOTO - Bath

  • PHOTO - Full Bathroom

MAIN FLOORS

  • Scrape of large spliis/plaster

  • Sweep floor

  • Mop floor

  • Dry mop floor

FINAL INSPECTION

  • Ensure bathroom and kitchen bench tops are clean and free of glue

  • PHOTO - Kitchen

  • PHOTO - Main floor (only if tiled)

  • PHOTO - 3 different windows and frames

  • PHOTO - Toilet floor

  • PHOTO - All carpeted rooms

  • PHOTO - Sliding door tracks inside and out

  • PHOTO - Anything else you deem neccessary

  • Was there any damge created by you or other people. PLEASE SPECIFY

  • Are you satisfied with the clean

  • Were there any other traddies on site when you left - specify

  • Check all doors locked

  • What time did you leave house
