Exterior

Grounding

  • Photo of poor grounding (if necessary).

  • Ground Cables: all exterior grounding cables must be solid, properly attached without damage and not missing.

  • Ground Resistance Meter: All ground connections must be checked with Ground Resistance Meter.

Generator

  • Check spigot ground and spigot clear of obstructions

Interior

  • Take picture looking into shelter from front door and each piece of equipment inside the shelter.

  • Shelter Clean: interior of shelter or enclosure must be free of unnecessary debris, garbage kept to a minimum, floor and environment clean.

  • All devices have their IP labelled.

  • Label site engineering number and name on Argus door Electrical breaker box

  • Labelling: all interior labelling and identification present (AC breaker panel, site ID plaque, etc...).

  • Hardware Fixed: all items mounted or attached to walls or ceiling must be safe and solid (example: cable trays, electrical boxes, shelving, etc...).

  • Airtightness: interior must be airtight and waterproof. No holes should be present in floor, walls or antenna entry ports to prevent water or vermin migration.

  • HVAC: A/C and ventilation functional.

  • Interior Accessories: table, chair, step ladder (rooftop sites), garbage can, broom, dustpan, floor mat and fire extinguisher (valid) all present if area permits. Broom dustpan and fire extinguisher mounted on wall

  • Proper temperature settings are programmed into the environmental panel.

RF Hardware

  • All frames must be solidly attached and properly grounded.

  • All RF hardware and equipment must be properly and safely installed and grounded.

  • Noran Tel check GMT fuses values and label. Juniper 5A, HSPA BBU 15A, MPR 10A

  • All electrical connections must be safe and solid.

  • Argus power plant check temperature probes are on the top bank of batteries.

  • Argus power plant check door hinges not broken.

  • Argus power plant check configuration, dynamic text has been pushed.

  • Argus power plant check battery inventory and capacity updated.

  • Argus power plant check site name and location is correct.

  • Argus power plant check AC mains, temp probes calibrated and data logging in enabled
