Exterior

Compound: must be clean and free of debris.
Fences & Gates: functional without damage or deficiencies.
Locks & Mechanisms: all locks and mechanisms present and functional.
Shelter or Enclosure: exterior of shelter or enclosure without damage or deficiencies.
Identification & Labelling: all exterior labelling and identification present. Engineering # on door (other identifications vary by province).
Tower and Shelter Lighting: exterior shelter and lighting functional.
Surrounding Environment: surrounding area should be free of potentially dangerous or damaging objects. Example: trees, branches, etc...
Rear access panel is locked with Abloy lock
Rear access panel boots installed and any openings sealed.
Polyphasors in Rear access panel is grounded and tight. All electrical connections tight.

Photo of poor grounding (if necessary).
Ground Cables: all exterior grounding cables must be solid, properly attached without damage and not missing.
Ground Resistance Meter: All ground connections must be checked with Ground Resistance Meter.
Enter ground readings

Check spigot ground and spigot clear of obstructions
Environmental: environmental kit present if required. Environmental sticker on door?

Take picture looking into shelter from front door and each piece of equipment inside the shelter.
Shelter Clean: interior of shelter or enclosure must be free of unnecessary debris, garbage kept to a minimum, floor and environment clean.
All devices have their IP labelled.
Label site engineering number and name on Argus door Electrical breaker box
Labelling: all interior labelling and identification present (AC breaker panel, site ID plaque, etc...).
Hardware Fixed: all items mounted or attached to walls or ceiling must be safe and solid (example: cable trays, electrical boxes, shelving, etc...).
Airtightness: interior must be airtight and waterproof. No holes should be present in floor, walls or antenna entry ports to prevent water or vermin migration.
HVAC: A/C and ventilation functional.
Interior Accessories: table, chair, step ladder (rooftop sites), garbage can, broom, dustpan, floor mat and fire extinguisher (valid) all present if area permits. Broom dustpan and fire extinguisher mounted on wall
Proper temperature settings are programmed into the environmental panel.

All frames must be solidly attached and properly grounded.
All RF hardware and equipment must be properly and safely installed and grounded.
Noran Tel check GMT fuses values and label. Juniper 5A, HSPA BBU 15A, MPR 10A
All electrical connections must be safe and solid.
All RF connections must be safe and properly torqued.
All cabling secured with tie wraps on frames and cable trays.
Building temperature sensor moved the side of Argus if sensor was installed by door.
Outside receptacle turn off.
Battery capacity testing performed.
Inventory performed.
Door code changed to proper NWZ code.

Juniper Check remote access and check for active alarms.
Argus power plant label breakers and check Smoke Detector is 0.5 amp.
Argus power plant number batteries and check for loose connections.
Argus power plant check temperature probes are on the top bank of batteries.
Argus power plant check door hinges not broken.
Argus power plant check configuration, dynamic text has been pushed.
Argus power plant check battery inventory and capacity updated.
Argus power plant check site name and location is correct.
Argus power plant check AC mains, temp probes calibrated and data logging in enabled
Argus power check remote access and download a copy of the configuration file.
BBU check for remote/local access and no active alarms.
BBU environmental alarms enabled and tested to NOCC.
BBU check device status, topography status and version of software for the WBBP, WMPT cards.
BBU and RRU RX Fiber levels are at least 2500.
Microwave Check remote/local access to and check for active alarms.
Microwave check settings and RSLs. Screen shots of vital settings and MIB backup.
Microwave: All RF connections must be safe and properly torqued.
Check all screws tight on BBU and Microwave cards
All unused slots have covers
