Begin Preparing Food

  • Put on Hair Net/Hat, grab gloves

  • Rinse off egg grill, allow to dry

  • Place 4 packs of tortillas in secondary warming drawer

  • Remove 3 tubs of Honey butter from the cooler, place 1 under the heat lamp

  • Bake at least 2 pans of bacon

  • Generously spray egg grill with butter

  • Bake 2 pans (4 packs) of Minis

  • Cook a full carton of yellow scrambled eggs, ensuring all parts of the egg grill have been seasoned

  • Cook sausage as scrambled are cooking

  • After scrambled, place all 3 egg molds on grill and re-butter

  • Cook 12 yellow folded and 6 white folded eggs to season the egg molds

  • Cook hashbrowns as eggs are cooking

  • Put ice in the carton holder to store uncooked eggs

  • Put shredded cheese in the cold well

  • If time allows, bake 3 pans of cookies
