  • Fibre patch lead installed and secured with 4mm clips to the required standard (Max 220mm horizontally apart and 150mm vertically apart) and entry hole to property sealed with chalk or silicone?

  • Excess fibre patch cored formed correctly in wall box?

  • LC connectors fitted and secure in adaptor?

Customer

  • Entery point internal fitted with a wall gromet?

  • Fibre patch cable cleated / secure and formed correctly to ONT location?

  • Engineer wore blue overshoes while completing work inside the property?
