Main Reception

  • Sweep clean front entrance steps

  • Vacuum carpeted areas especially edges using an upright power head vacuum cleaner

  • Waste receptacles to be empty, free of debris, stains and smears and returned to their original location

  • Damp wipe desks, tables & pedestals. Include the underside of desks and tables and replace all furniture to correct position after cleaning

  • Dust telephones, CCTV camera screens using a separate cloth

  • Remove finger marks from doors and switches and vision panels

  • Reception chairs, wipe clean and dry buff using microfibre cloths

  • Sanitise telephones

  • Polish floor using a high speed machine and floor maintainer

  • Chairs - damp wipe - do not use polish

  • Dust all ledges

  • Dust all skirting and ledges

  • Dust/buff/polish light fittings in main reception

  • Clean all mirrored surfaces

Kitchen Area

  • Clean the sink, surrounds, work top, exterior of cabinets and fridge and leave in hygienic order

  • Wipe clean all cupboard doors and unit fronts

Ground floor, lifts, lobbies and stairways

  • Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas

  • Dust all skirting, ledges and window sills

  • Clean and polish hand plates and vision panels

  • Remove marks from doors and kick plates

  • Lift mirrors to clean and buff removing all marks

  • To sweep and mop stairs and remove scuff marks

  • Remove all rubbish from lift/lobby areas except that belonging to other contractors

  • Deep clean toilets in accordance with manufactures recommended cleaning methodology

Corridors/stairwells/fire escapes

  • Sweep/mop/vac all floors as required

  • Spot clean walls

  • Remove marks of doors

  • Remove cobwebs

  • To clean all balustrades and banisters

Rubbish

  • General rubbish to be removed from site/ and dispose of at the designated area

Window Cleaning

  • Glazing to front reception doors to include side doors and furniture, internal and external

  • Any other glass on building can be arranged as additional as this has not been calculated within out quote

Car park / inside areas

  • Car park areas to be swept and rubbish areas to be disinfected

  • Empty ash bins

  • Sweep basement hallway

Basement toilets & changing rooms

  • Clean and sanitise the inside and the outside of WCs and urinals

  • Clean both sides of toilet seats

  • Clean hand basin and buff taps

  • De-scale toilet pans and urinals

  • Clean and sanitise wipe walls, fixtures and fittings

  • Replenish hand towels & toilet rolls

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Sweep/mop/vac all floors as required

Basement hallways

  • To sweep & mop all flooring
