Stock check & restock fridges

Clean Fridge doors with glass cleaner & blue roll

Melt any ice, sanitise & dry ice well

Wash out bulk brew & wipe down machine

Wash all milk jugs

Clean Grinder and grinder area

Clean jug rinser with hot soapy water, dry, sanitise & dry again

Remove brass plate, screens from group heads & soak in espresso cleaner & water solution

Clean espresso machine, including under drip tray, wipe down front & back of machine with Green Microfibre Cloth
-
Wrap up necessary amount of cake for next day & leave in tubs in the fridge

Clean, sweep & empty knockout bin
-
Drain, sanitise & dry inside glass wash, including door inside & out
-
Empty & take all the bins bags to bin store
