  • Floors have no visible cracks or damage.

  • Walls & ceilings are in good condition and suitable for the intended purpose.

  • Bar Counter, in front & behind is fit for purpose and has no visible damage to materials or fixtures

  • Windows, glass and mirrors are not cracked or broken.

  • Internet area & units are in working order. (Tidy cables).

  • Children’s play area (where applicable) is in a good state of repair.

  • All vending machines and Grab & Go fully stocked and in working order.

  • Is the floor clear and clean from debris. Floors have no visible cracks or damage

  • Ceilings & walls are clean and free from debris (no residual tape, drawing pins, blu tac etc).

  • Windows, glass and mirrors are clean, dust and smear free.

  • Bar counter is dry, clean and free from marks or food

  • Tables, chairs and furniture are all clean (not sticky, free from litter & debris etc). Check under cushions, table bases and furniture legs.

  • Internet Stations and keyboards / mouse’s are clean and fit for purpose.

  • Children’s play area (where appropriate) is clean & tidy for use.

  • Cutlery, napkins and condiments are available and tidy.

  • If the club has a menu, there must be a clean menu on every table.

How are we communicating to the members in this area?

  • Branding & permanent signage – All logo’s, graphics and branded features are upto date and new brand logo is presented

  • Non essential stickers, banners, signage and posters – are limited and if used are in line with our<br>‘Club Communication Guidelines’.

  • Background music and TV – Volume and content is appropriate and adheres to the VA entertainment guidelines.

  • Menus & menu boards are easy to read and meet our brand expectations at all times. Menus all face entrance to lounge.

Are our people in this area delivering ACTIVENESS?

  • Lounge Team actively engage with members, suggesting items and checking members are satisfied with their food during the meal

  • The Manager is present and actively involved with the V-Lounge staff and customers, assisting where needed, ensuring the service delivery is satisfactory.
