Construction Site Safety Inspection Checklist

  • There is a copy of the Construction Safety Management Plan available on site?

  • There are records of inductions for all employees, contractors and sub-contractors

  • Emergency procedures and contacts are readily available and posted in site offices

  • First aid facilities are available, including first aid kits and trained first aid officers

  • Fire Extinguishers are tested and well signed

  • Workers on site are observed to be wearing all required personal protective equipment

  • Work site is generally clean and tidy with minimal rubbish/refuse laying around

  • Power leads on site are tested with current tags in place
